15° Angled Bamboo Base
To make sharpening easier, we modified our base to have a 15 degree angle when placed on a flat surface. This means that when you hold the blade parallel to the bench, it will still be angled at 15 degrees compared to the Sharpening Stone.
Flattening Stone
When the surface becomes uneven in some areas after long-term use. All you need to do to fix this is run the included flattening stone along the entire surface for a few minutes until your stone is back to uniform straightness.

Step 1
Soak your stone in water for at least 10 minutes or till air bubbles are all out
Step 2
Use the 400/1000 grit side for rough grinding in 10~30 degree angle, push the knife with a little force, and then gently retracted.
Step 3
Then use 3000/8000 Grit side for mirror polishing for 15-20 minutes. Lubricate with water to keep the stone wet
Step 4
Using our professional leather strop, you can remove any metal burrs and straighten the edge of the blade completely safely
